PRIVACY NOTICE
This Communication Privacy Notice has been prepared for the purpose of informing you regarding the processing of personal data by Kaizen Tasarım ve Teknoloji A.Ş. (“Kaizen”) that you have shared through the website, within the scope of Law No. 6698 on Personal Data Protection (“Law”) and the General Data Protection Regulation of the European Union (“GDPR”).
Purpose and Legal Grounds of Personal Data Processing Activity
Your personal data in the categories of identity, contact (e-mail), professional experience (information about the company you work for), transaction security (IP address) data and other information you provide in the contact form are collected and processed electronically for the purposes of conducting communication activities, responding to communication requests, improving services and carrying out feedback processes effectively.
Your personal data are processed for the purposes stated above, without the need for your explicit consent, based on the data processing conditions that (i) data processing is mandatory for the establishment, exercise or protection of a right, and (ii) data processing is mandatory for the legitimate interests of Kaizen, provided that it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms:
Domestic and International Transfer of Your Personal Data
Kaizen transfers your personal data without the need for your explicit consent to domestically based consulting companies/service providers from which services are provided for the website to operate based on the personal data processing conditions specified above and within the scope of the specified data processing purposes.
Apart from this, your personal data is not shared with third parties in Türkiye and abroad.
Your Rights as Data Subject
Under Article 11 of the Law, you have the following rights: (i) to learn whether any of your personal data is processed or not, (ii) to request information related to your personal data processed, (iii) to learn the purpose of the processing of your personal data and whether these personal data are used in compliance with the purpose, (iv) to know the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred within the country or abroad, (v) to request the rectification of your incomplete or inaccurate data, if any, (vi) to request the erasure, destruction, or anonymization of your personal data under the conditions referred to in Article 7, (vii) to request reporting of the operations of correction, deletion, destruction, or anonymization carried out to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred, (viii) to object to the processing, and (ix) to claim compensation for the damages due to the unlawful processing of your personal data.
Under Section 3 of the GDPR, you have the following rights: (i) to obtain information about personal data processing activities, (ii) to access your processed personal data and processing activities, (iii) to request the rectification of your personal data, (iv) to request the deletion of your personal data (right to be forgotten), (v) to request the restriction of personal data processing activities, (vi) to request reporting of the rectification, deletion, or restriction of processing to third parties to whom your personal data has been transferred, (vii) to request the transfer of your personal data to another data controller, (viii) to object to the processing, and (ix) to not be subject to a decision based solely on automated processing, including profiling, that produces legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affects you.
In order to exercise the aforementioned rights, you shall convey your request by filling out the Data Subject Application Form which is available on www.kaizentech.net, and submitting it to Kaizen.
Depending on the nature of your request, your applications will be processed free of charge as soon as possible and no later than thirty (30) days. However, if the transaction requires an additional cost, a fee may be charged based on the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
